Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct and indirect patient care, focusing on local needs and priorities, addressing the prevention agenda, and care centered on what matters to the person, via personalized care and support planning.
- Participate in the assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs of care, ensuring that services are safe, effective, responsive, and person-centered.
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers, and professional colleagues to create a professional nursing culture that is open to change, new ideas, concepts, and innovation, while reflecting organizational strategy and values.
- NMC Registered Nurse in a relevant field of practice (or within 6 months of completing a validated BSc or MSc course, resulting in NMC registration).
- Practice Assessor/Practice Supervisor qualification or willingness to complete.
- Experience of working with patients and those that matter to them from a range of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Knowledge and skill to plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to a group of patients within the specialty of the post.
