About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Early Years Trainer to join our dynamic team at Aspire Training Team. As a Trainer and Assessor in Early Years, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training and assessments to our learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training and assessments in Early Years to Level 5 standard and functional skills up to Level 2
  • Ensure E-Learning portfolios are regularly marked and updated
  • Travel across the region to various settings for teaching and assessments
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • A level 3 qualification in Early Years / Education, or equivalent
  • Significant occupational competency in the Early Years / Education sector
  • Experience in training and assessing Early Years to Level 5 standard and functional skills up to Level 2
  • Valid Driver's Licence and own vehicle
