Financial Analyst

Join Hilton Worldwide, Inc. as a Financial Analyst and take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing control oversight of the Procure to Pay process and ensuring accurate expenditure accounting within Hilton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of processing and paying over 450,000 transactions annually, covering a spend in excess of GBP0.5bn.
- Oversee the lifecycle of purchase expense management and support other team members to achieve optimal performance in the PTP Tower.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Hilton Supply Management, suppliers, Corporate and Hotel management, and Operational Finance Teams.
- Participate in engendering a sense of empowerment in the pursuit of top quartile performance, supporting and driving the development and delivery of PTP operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Leverage data mining and analysis skills to agree and drive evidence-based interventions needed to ensure targets are met and optimized.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant working experience in lieu thereof.
- Relevant analytical work experience, including data analysis in finance or financial service high volume, high value transaction processing functions.
- Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis. Experienced in project management delivery.
- Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft, Blackline, Concur applications would be preferred.
