Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team at BIG Partnership. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the production of monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and sales analysis
- Perform variance analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet
- Support the production of annual budgets and financial planning
- Manage and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Process month-end journals and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Contribute to the development of financial models and forecasts
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
- Experience with financial planning and budgeting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
