Key Responsibilities:- Manage all maintenance-related activities to ensure they align with the company's Maintenance Strategy.
- Lead the maintenance team to meet agreed KPIs and drive process improvement.
- Collaborate with the operational team to deliver operational targets and enhance maintenance health and safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and work-based method statements to ensure compliance with relevant legislations.
- Manage maintenance stock management, including allocation, issuing, and replenishment of stock.
- Assist the Management Team in ensuring full compliance with relevant legislations, including Health and Safety at Work Act and ISO standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, including clocking, lateness, and performance issues, and report to the Operations Manager.
- Attend and deliver daily team briefings.
- Manage the supervision and support of night and weekend shifts, ensuring consistency throughout.
- Undertake other duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
- Experience in managing a maintenance team across multiple shifts.
- Previous experience in a fast-moving maintenance environment.
- PLC maintenance and fault-finding experience.
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and other computer-based programs.
