About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at KP Snacks. As a key member of our production line team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach the area team to deliver true Autonomous Maintenance
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to reduce machine stoppages and ensure the correct level of asset care and maintenance strategy is deployed
  • Review and analyze breakdowns to deploy countermeasures and prevent reoccurrence
  • Collaborate with other Maintenance Leads to support the Progressive Maintenance Pillar
  • Develop coaching plans to improve the area team's capability to deliver the correct levels of maintenance
Requirements
  • A minimum level 3 electrical qualification with hands-on experience
  • HNC/HND or Degree in an Engineering discipline (ideally with an electrical bias)
  • Previously worked with a TPM/RCM maintenance environment
  • Proven strong engineering and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of utilising Lean tools and techniques
  • Previous coaching experience
