Job Title: Manufacturing Compliance Lead

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £46,000 per annum

About Us:

TechNichols Resourcing Ltd is a leading manufacturer seeking a Manufacturing Compliance Lead who can drive improvement and excellence in our compliance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage compliance with auditable standards throughout the factory, ensuring a stretch target of zero non-conformities for external standards.
  2. Implement improvements to compliance systems, utilizing technology wherever possible, and identify compliance requirements within standards, legislation, and customer standards.
  3. E nsure audit preparation is adequate, host external audits, and ensure that all auditor needs are met.
  4. Identify compliance training needs, ensure compliance training of all staff is adequate, and carry out training sessions, review induction material as required.
  5. Review current compliance systems and make recommendations to streamline and reduce manual effort, while improving compliance.
  6. Harmonize where possible the Compliance systems between Gosport and Group, ensuring best practice learning, and improvement is applied.

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing compliance of any auditable standards within a manufacturing role.
  • Experience of ANY standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, BRC, PEFC CoC (BRC is most desirable but not essential).
  • Quality or Compliance background within manufacturing.
  • Qualified in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Management of audits and customer visits.
  • Proven communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Drive and hunger to be successful and progress.
