Job Title: Sports Assistant/Fitness Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sports Assistant/Fitness Instructor. This is a full-time position that will involve supporting the operation of our sports facilities at our Walsall and Wolverhampton Campuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise gym operations and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for users
  • Lead group exercise classes and provide fitness suite inductions
  • Assist with sports set-ups and de-rigs, and provide support with sports centre reception duties
  • Provide excellent customer care and handle customer enquiries
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the successful operation of the business
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Fitness Instruction qualification
  • Experience of leading group exercise classes (advantageous or willingness to achieve within 3 months)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
