Key Responsibilities- Oversee the clinical workload within the ward areas, providing professional supervision to junior medical staff.
- Support the education and training of junior medical staff to ensure high standards of clinical practice.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of clinical activities.
- Engage in service and business planning for both hospital and community adult services.
- Participate in annual appraisals for consultants and job plan reviews with the Medical Director.
