Job Description

We are a leading consultancy providing civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering services across various sectors.

This General Engineering Specialist role will see you taking on significant responsibility for complex projects and tasks, ensuring successful completion in terms of quality, cost, and timelines.

  • You will operate autonomously within the team, with the potential to take full lead responsibility for major projects or complex tasks.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Lead civil, structural, and geotechnical design and checking activities, independently managing projects from client briefs.
    • Develop concept and detailed design solutions using the appropriate tools, considering the complexity of each project.
    • Ensure engineers and technicians under your supervision are well-briefed and supported, overseeing the process and ensuring successful task completion.
    • Familiarity with BS EN ISO 19650 and experience in managing projects in accordance with these guidelines, including building information modelling (BIM).
