We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Portfolio Administrator to join our team at Workman LLP. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Property Management Surveyors, ensuring the smooth operation of our property portfolio.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of property transactions, leases, and contracts.
- Coordinating and communicating with tenants, clients, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient resolution of queries and issues.
- Preparing and reviewing reports, including financial statements, property valuations, and market analysis.
- Developing and implementing emergency response plans to ensure business continuity.
- Providing support with sustainable property management, including utility data collection and analysis.
You will be working closely with our Property Management Surveyors to ensure that our property portfolio is managed efficiently and effectively. If you have a strong background in property administration, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to work, we would love to hear from you.
