About the Role

As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner with gtd healthcare, you will work within a multidisciplinary team that includes Nursing, Allied Health Professionals, and GPs. This collaborative environment is dedicated to continuous improvement, shared learning, and best practice.

You will be responsible for managing patient care, prioritizing health problems, and intervening in urgent situations. The post holder will also participate in triaging telephone referrals and calls, ensuring safe patient discharge and referral.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or Credentialing qualification and a Non-Medical Prescribing qualification. You should also be a registered Nurse, Pharmacist, Paramedic, or HCPC-registered professional with HCPC, NMC, or GPhC registration.
