- Order and manage parts for jobs, maintaining inventory and ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Update clients via CRM and BIG CHANGE, maintaining accurate records and ensuring effective communication.
- 5+ years' experience in customer service and administration, including 3+ years in social housing.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, with a driving license preferred.
- Professional when handling vulnerable or elderly customers.
