About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Room Attendant to join our team at 45 Park Lane. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of perfect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with discretion, intuition, and flexibility.
  • Be responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and ironing.
  • Organize and maintain the inventory of linens, towels, and other essential supplies.
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner, including special requests and occasions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or residence, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of patience and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness and endurance, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, with a strong sense of time management.
