We are now recruiting a highly experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of the Group's three-year business plan, budget, and rolling forecast, and provide analysis and reporting to senior management to support decision making.

We are looking for an individual who has previous management experience, although this is not essential. You will have a proactive approach, strong thought leadership, and a critical mindset. The ability to work independently, challenge, build strong relationships, and communicate well across the team and the wider business is essential.

The role involves:

  • Preparing the Group budget and reforecasting process, collaborating with product owners and cost centre managers.
  • Supporting the Group's annual business planning process and developing and evolving the three-year business plan.
  • Drafting reports to the Board and senior management on macroeconomic and microeconomic conditions.
  • Conducting ad hoc analysis to support decision making in the business, producing reports and projections based on the analysis conducted.
  • Developing simple financial models to address complex issues.

**Job requirements include:**

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with minimum 6 years PQE in FP&A, or in a comparable role.
  • Experience leading and managing a team (desirable but not essential).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level).
  • Strong mathematical, financial analysis, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organisation.
  • Awareness of macroeconomic variables and how they impact business performance.
  • The ability to simplify the complex.
