Lead Salesforce Consultant

At Alscient, we're seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce practice, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions to our clients.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong technical background in Salesforce, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored Salesforce solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 4 years' experience in a Lead/Senior Salesforce Consultant role
  • Technical platform experience, supported by appropriate Salesforce certifications
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
