Job Title: Paralegal Assistant - Litigation

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Paralegal Assistant to join our Family Department in Shropshire. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to solicitors and legal executives, ensuring seamless case management and efficient communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and court forms with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant information for cases, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates, ensuring timely coordination with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize client files and case records, adhering to data protection protocols.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in family law.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
