Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Legal Assistants, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Support the Department Head with holiday booking and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Deliver training and guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a high-level administrative support role, such as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
  • Demonstrable experience in team leadership and management, including performance management and 1-2-1s.
  • Excellent IT, client care, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt style and communicate confidently with a wide range of people.
