Mackinnon Bruce International is partnering with a leading Pre-Clinical Contract Research Organisation to hire a Territory Sales Manager to cover the North of the UK.

Our Client:

Our client is a global Pre-Clinical Contract Research Organisation providing early-stage, pre-clinical drug discovery services to Biotech, Pharma, and Academic Research Institutes across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company's products and services in the North of the UK and identify new partnership opportunities with Pharma, Biotech, and Academic Research Institutes.
  • Define and execute commercial strategy for the region.
  • Maintain existing accounts and prospect new customers within Academia, Biotech, and Pharma.
  • Contribute to the development of partnerships and participate in conferences, medical and scientific meetings, congresses, and symposiums.
  • Approximately 3 days of travel in the field per week.

Requirements:

  • Minimum BSc or MSc in Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Biology, or a related field.
  • ~4+ years of experience in sales, selling services or products to the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • ~Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • ~Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
