Business Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team at La Mer, Heathrow Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team and drive business growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
Main ResponsibilitiesTeam Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales experts to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, increase sales performance, and maximize productivity.
Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide personalized solutions to drive customer loyalty and retention.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and maintain a high level of store appearance and merchandising standards.
Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Sales & Education Executive, in-store management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Professional Development: Develop and implement individual development plans for team members, provide coaching and training, and ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines, and maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity.
RequirementsExperience: Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics, with a strong track record of driving sales growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
