Job Title: Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Designer to join our team at LM RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS LTD. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality drawings and designs for our construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Produce accurate and detailed drawings and designs for construction projects
  • Collaborate with our construction team to ensure designs meet project specifications
  • Develop and maintain a library of CAD/REVIT/3D drawings and models
  • Ensure all designs are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of CAD/REVIT/3D design software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
  • Valid UK Clean Driving Licence (desirable)
