As an Educational Development Professional at Progress Schools - Stockport, you will be part of a team that supports approximately 20 pupils on roll, ensuring they receive personalized learning experiences tailored to their needs. Your role will involve working closely with teachers and staff to develop and implement effective educational strategies, promoting academic excellence and student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver professional development programs for teachers and support staff
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement school improvement plans
  • Mentor and coach teachers to enhance their teaching practices

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum
