**Education Support Professional Opportunity in Stockport**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Education Support Professional in Stockport. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping children achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working with adults or young people with SEND needs, and a passion for creating a safe and supportive learning environment.   1. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN needs, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  2. Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring students receive tailored support to meet their unique needs.
  3. Support students in developing positive relationships with their peers, teachers, and other adults, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusion.

As an Education Support Professional, you can expect:
