Job Description:

• Responsible for all aspects of quality for specified product ranges, ensuring Matalan achieves exceptional quality standards.
• Set quality standards and specifications to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve product performance, consistency, and sizing policies.
• Educate suppliers on manufacturing methods to achieve bulk production while meeting performance requirements.
• Regularly review sizing policies and ensure their implementation across products.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers to foster strong relationships and problem-solving approaches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in fashion or textiles.
• Proven experience in technology departments.
• Lingerie and swimwear background is mandatory.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
