Job Title: Business Development Manager

Civica is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Central Government division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the defence sectors, as well as managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government and defence sectors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key government and defence stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on service offerings and project delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development within the IT consultancy sector, specifically targeting government and defence clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT resource augmentation and IT project services.
  • Strong understanding of government and defence procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must hold SC clearance or be eligible to gain SC clearance.
