Job Summary

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services, ensuring strict compliance with CQC regulations, managing staff and resources effectively, and developing comprehensive care plans.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of support workers in delivering high-quality care services to adults in their own homes
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and policies
  • Manage staff rotas and develop effective workforce planning strategies
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet individual needs
  • Liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 5 highly desirable or be working towards it
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A strong character and ability to build relationships with colleagues, families, and service users
  • Experience working closely with senior management to develop growth plans for the service
  • Experience as a manager or deputy manager in a similar role
