Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Multi-Skilled Electrical Technician with experience in non-routine maintenance of complex engineering plant and equipment. You'll provide high-quality service, undertake maintenance, repairs, and modifications to Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services within the Trust.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance, testing, calibration, fault finding, emergency response, defect correction, and new works
  • Repair, maintain, and install plant, equipment, systems, and building structure/fabric associated with Trust properties
  • Liaise with and supervise building and engineering contractors
  • Maintain good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Work quickly and efficiently in difficult environments under pressure

Requirements

  • Completed trade apprenticeship and BTEC HNC/diploma in Engineering or equivalent City and Guilds qualification
  • Significant equivalent experience in non-routine maintenance of complex engineering plant and equipment
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in difficult environments under pressure
