We are seeking a reliable and motivated Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant to join our team at Grosvenor Manor Care Centre. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules and sign necessary paperwork.
  • Follow guidance from the Head Housekeeper and contribute to the achievement of the home's standards for housekeeping.
  • Undertake general cleaning tasks and follow any other cleaning duties as delegated by the Head Housekeeper.
  • Carry out laundry duties when required and ensure the working environment is free from hazards.
  • Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults in your care.
Requirements:
  • Previous non-domestic cleaning experience, preferably in a care setting.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and follow simple written and verbal instructions.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Reliability and trustworthiness.
