As a Support Staff member, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with safe transfers and movement of service users
  • Administering medication as required
  • Preparing and planning meals according to individual care plans
  • Enabling service users to achieve independence in line with their care objectives
  • Providing companionship and emotional support when needed

Key Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old to apply
  • Hold the right to work in the UK
  • Be flexible with travel arrangements, as some shifts may require driving or public transport access
  • A good standard of English and effective communication skills
  • An enhanced DBS, which can be applied for upon registration (fee applies)

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on 37.5 hours per week and £13.00 per hour.
