Network Optimization Manager, Central Operations

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon UK Services Ltd. as a Network Optimization Manager, Central Operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in solving complex challenges and creating unprecedented customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive optimization of key COSM controllable metrics to delight our customers on both performance and cost.
- Identify and develop programs to address areas of opportunity for standardization and efficiency improvement within the end-to-end last mile supply chain.
- Support operations, ensuring teams execute daily and weekly cadence while also delivering key programs on time.
- Engage and earn trust of operational leaders across EU AMZL to help drive standardization of process and execution framework.
- Develop cross-functional relationships with COSM partners to drive process improvements to support both operations and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3 years' experience in operations or similar central teams.
- Strong leadership skills; experience owning critical business functions with weekly reporting to senior leadership and leading teams of 6+ people.
- Demonstrated ability to handle projects with multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of improving the end-to-end value chain and experience designing advanced supply chain processes and implementing world-class supply chain/logistics tools.
