Key Responsibilities

  • Provide secondary point of contact for customer escalations and general inquiries, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Support internal operation teams to resolve customer inquiries and complaints, focusing on delivering outstanding service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate job bookings to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, working closely with refuse supply chain personnel to address supply chain escalations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal service delivery, monitoring supplier performance and highlighting repeat issues with the supply chain Manager.
  • Work closely with the Refuse Operations Manager to streamline processes and improve service delivery efficiency, utilizing internal systems to track and manage job bookings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a service delivery role, preferably within the refuse industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.
