Join Our Team as a Hospitality Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Coach to join our team at Lifetime Training. As a Hospitality Coach, you will play a critical role in developing the professionals of the future, shaping the changing face of the hospitality industry.

What You Will Do

As a Hospitality Coach, you will work with learners at their place of work, delivering the apprenticeship standard and providing the support, guidance, and motivation they need to achieve career-building qualifications. You will also help them develop transferable skills in Maths and English, manage your own admin, and work with industry champions to establish the Loving Hospitality initiative and operate the Chef Academy.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with recent professional experience gained at Supervisor or Management level in a hospitality setting, both front and back of house. You will have a strong background in food and beverage, food production, and beverage service, with experience of working in high-demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines. You will also have strong communication and self-motivation skills, with a GCSE in English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent). Experience of working autonomously and operating within a WBL/education environment would be an advantage.
