We are seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Randstad Tech IT. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks, including fault finding, inspections, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure effective maintenance planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including job instructions, risk assessments, and maintenance records.
  • Participate in engineering projects, including planning, installation, and operation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a heavy production or manufacturing environment.
  • Completed onsite apprenticeship or hold a NVQ, HNC, ONC, or HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a technical team.
  • Good understanding of maintenance methodologies, including preventive, proactive, condition monitoring, and reliability tools.
