We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer to join our collaborative team at TechOhana. As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our clients' Salesforce applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing (functional, regression, integration, performance) to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, identify issues, and provide solutions.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to streamline the QA process.
  • Provide detailed reports and feedback to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.
  • Proficiency in QA methodologies, test automation tools, and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Apex).
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, etc.) are a plus.
