Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking an ambitious Sales and Business Development Manager to join our experienced sales team at Parker Young Recruitment Ltd. As a Key Account Manager, you will drive sales growth with a broad B2B customer base, managing established wholesaler and end-consumer accounts, and identifying trends for the acquisition of new customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth with existing and new customers
- Analyse markets and identify trends to inform sales decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager with a proven track record of driving sales growth in the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry. You will have excellent negotiation and solution selling skills, with the ability to adapt to different types of customers and demonstrate a deep understanding of their needs.
Critical to this role is your ability to analyse complex markets and develop selling opportunities, with a strong focus on OOH and HORECA markets. While a particular product category is not essential, experience selling complimentary products in the cleaning, chemical, and tissue industries would be highly beneficial.
