We are recruiting for a highly skilled Social Care Professional to join our team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd in Manchester.
Job DescriptionThis is an excellent opportunity to work in the Social Care industry, providing exceptional care and support to adults in need.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring timely responses to calls received outside of office hours, weekends, and bank holidays, as part of our on-call duty roster.
- Conducting thorough assessments under the Deprivation of Liberties Safeguards (DoLS), prioritising individual needs and preferences.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' post-qualifying experience working as a Qualified Social Worker - EDT within the UK Social Care industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- An enhanced DBS/CRB certificate, which we can assist with obtaining if needed.
