About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Value Manager to join our team at Winner Recruitment. As a Social Value Manager, you will play a key role in driving our company's social value commitments and promoting our brand within the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communications and campaigns to support our company's brand and social value initiatives.
  • Write and contribute to articles showcasing our company's people and capabilities through internal and external platforms.
  • Engage with internal staff, clients, project teams, and stakeholders to implement social value programs and ensure consistency across the business.
  • Represent our company at relevant events and networking opportunities to raise our profile and promote our social value initiatives.
  • Champion internal fundraising events and activities, such as charity coffee mornings and other initiatives.
  • Monitor our company's external image and reputation, and work to enhance our social value profile.
  • Work with all staff to provide social value training and ensure that social value is integrated into all business activities.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that all key areas of our social value strategy are delivered and adhered to.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in corporate social responsibility.
  • Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms and web technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business.
  • Proficient in IT applications, including Microsoft suite, publisher, and design platforms.
  • Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement, with a desire to drive positive change within the business.
  • Ability to travel across London as required.
