Our Outreach service offers expert guidance and assistance to people living with dementia and their carers to help them live life to the full and as independently as possible.
Key responsibilities include reducing social isolation, building confidence to use public transport, and engaging with the local community. The successful applicant will have a positive approach to dementia, be flexible, inclusive, creative, and organised in their approach, and have a willingness to participate in relevant training.
Job Overview:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals living with dementia and their carers
