Room Attendant

At Troo Hospitality, we are seeking a skilled Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Check and restock inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Lost and Found Procedures: Follow hotel procedures for handling lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
  • Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Security: Ensure all guest rooms are secured and properly locked when leaving them.
Requirements:
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a positive and professional manner.
