We're seeking a seasoned professional in the field of lettings to drive business success, lead a team, and excel in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide in-depth training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via face-to-face and phone interactions.
