This primary specialist role involves providing flexible, short-term supply cover for local schools. As a member of our team, you will play a key part in shaping the educational journey of children aged 4 to 11.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering creative lessons in line with the national curriculum. Additionally, you will set ambitious goals that empower children to achieve their best, while addressing individual learning needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
- Manage Teaching Assistants to support classroom learning and ensure a smooth handover process for the Class Teacher.
- Monitor student progress and use assessment strategies to inform future teaching.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- The appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
£28,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
