Project Controls Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring cost control accounts, reporting on performance using Earned Value analysis, and developing and implementing accurate technical cost capture methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, cost management, or a related discipline, with experience in the construction environment or engineering discipline. A degree qualification in a relevant field, along with SAP and CEMAR experience, would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and monitoring cost control accounts.
- Reporting on performance using Earned Value analysis.
- Developing and implementing accurate technical cost capture methodologies.
- Establishing project budgets from estimates, tracking committed costs, and forecasting cost to completion.
A competitive salary of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a generous holiday allowance, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
