Join Our Team as a Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team in Hertfordshire, England. The successful candidate will work with primary aged pupils who have Autism and Social Emotional needs in a well-equipped mainstream school.

The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing individual learning needs and providing targeted support, as well as a positive attitude, empathy, and a willingness to develop their skills on the job.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess a calm, patient, and caring approach, which is essential for working effectively with children. Previous experience working with pupils with ASD is highly desirable.
