Our goal is to deliver the highest possible standard of care that truly meets the needs of our clients.As a Care Coordinator, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring this happens every day by matching clients and carers based on availability, personality, and need. You will be responsible for supporting our Manager with business growth, building relationships with commissioners, professionals, clients, and family members, and providing excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
- Rota Management for our care packages
- Responding efficiently to day-to-day changes in care packages
- Providing excellent customer service

- Previous care or care coordinator experience
This Is An Office-Based Role With Some Travel In The Local Area Required.
