We are seeking an Educational Support Specialist to join our team at New Forest Care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people who have Specific Educational Needs and a passion for providing high-quality support.

As an Educational Support Specialist, you will work closely with qualified teachers to lead core subject lessons, deliver outdoor education sessions, and run independent progressive lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and deliver engaging sessions that meet and support different learning outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement educational plans.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, adapting teaching methods to meet their unique needs.

**Requirements:**

  • Level 2 Awards (GCSE or Functional Skills) in Maths and English.
  • Experience working in a classroom environment with young people who have Specific Educational Needs.
  • A willingness to work towards Outdoor Education qualifications.

**What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
