Patient Services Advisor

Symphony Healthcare Services Limited is seeking a highly organized and communicative Patient Services Advisor to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding healthcare and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administration and reception duties for the practice, ensuring efficient and polite interactions with patients, clinical staff, and colleagues.
- Receive, assist, and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional, adhering to agreed procedures and protocols.
- Undertake various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the Practice, including data entry, filing, and communication with patients and external organizations.
- Deal with enquiries, signposting, and requests from patients, relatives, clinical teams, hospitals, and other external sources, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Manage patient complaints, providing relevant information and escalating issues to the Practice Manager as necessary.
- Perform tasks such as booking appointments, home visits, and laboratory tests, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records, including patient information, test results, and correspondence, adhering to data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and appraisals, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and teamwork.
