About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with renal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee care plans for patients with renal conditions
  • Ensure clinical activities are meticulously documented
  • Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems
  • Review pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • At least 1 year's nursing experience in the UK
  • Previous renal experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
