We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Department Head to join our team at Blue Pelican. As a senior level private client solicitor, you will be responsible for leading our private client department and managing a team of professionals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in probate, wills, tax, trusts, LPA's, estate planning, estate administration, and Court of Protection work. Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff members is essential, as is a strong understanding of business development and networking.

We are looking for a qualified solicitor with at least 10 years of PQE, who is a STEP member and has a proven track record of success in a similar role. If you are a senior associate or partner looking to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
