We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Parts Advisor to join our team at Volvo Trucks in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the trucking industry and wants to make a difference.
About the Role
This Trainee Parts Advisor position offers excellent training and development opportunities, with the chance to work with next-generation technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle parts inquiries and orders.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and build trust through effective communication and follow-up.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate records and data entry as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in vehicle parts and sales.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment by maintaining a high level of professionalism and adaptability.
Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
