Academic Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Academic Support Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to work as part of a dedicated team, providing support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a Partnership SEN School in Ely, Cambridgeshire.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for working with children with SEN, particularly those with SEMH. You should also be able to work effectively as part of a team, supporting the learning outcomes of each class taught by the Teacher.
Responsibilities:
- Willingness to support and contribute effectively towards the learning outcomes of each class taught by the Teacher
- Able to work full time during school hours (8:30 – 3:30)
- Desire to support pupils with SEN in particular those with SEMH
